Event Submission Information

**NOTE: If you wish to have your chapter banquet tickets sold online, all of the required information must be filled out on the Chapter Event form. You must include details about the tickets you wish to sell online, along with price and description, this can be filled out in the Event Tickets portion on the Event submission page. The Event Contact E-Mail will recieve updates and order information, and will be used as your username to log into the system. Any specific questions regarding this process can be directed to events@pheasantsforever.org or by calling Haley Hauch at 651-209-4937.


Once you submit your event, your event will be created through the Online Pheasants Forever Events platform and posted online at either pheasantsforeverevents.org or quailforeverevents.org. All of these events will be posted under state specific listings and will also be searchable using our Google maps based Event Locator.


All events will be posted within 2 - 3 business day(s) of the event submittal being received. If your event is not posted within 4 business days hours please contact events@pheasantsforever.org with your name, chapter name, method of submitting your event, and the date that it was submitted. You may also call Haley Hauch at 651-209-4937 with any questions or concerns.
